Hon. Harriette Chiggai is a luminary in the realm of women's rights, serving in the Office of the Women Rights Advisor to the President. She has been instrumental in formulating policies that advocate for gender equity and has a robust track record of advancing women’s roles in procurement and leadership.

She holds a Master's in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, and Corporate Governance (MBA). She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi, and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(ACiArb), and a member of the International Bar Association, LSK, Judiciary Mediation, and Accreditation Committee (MAC).
