Catherine Musakali is an accomplished legal and governance expert, the founder of Dorion Associates, and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Her illustrious career spans over 15 years with Kenya Shell Limited, where she managed legal functions across multiple countries in Africa and specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions. A leader in corporate governance, Catherine has been instrumental in developing key corporate governance codes in Kenya, including Mwongozo and the Capital Markets Code, and she continues to serve as Company Secretary and board member for various organizations.
Her dedication to enhancing the representation of women in leadership is evident through her role as the founder and Chairman of The Women on Boards Network. Catherine's expertise is also recognized in her contributions to the Capital Markets Authority, where she has served in various capacities including as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance steering Committee.
