He also served as a cabinet secretary in the previous administration in the Agriculture Docket.Hon Felix Koskei is a procurement professional of over 25 years and served in multiple organizations including the Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) as the General Manager of the Supply Chain and Support Services Department.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Masters in Strategic Management from UON as well as other accolades from the University of Brunswick in Canada and the University of Botswana.
With a storied career that includes pivotal roles in governmental reform and service delivery, Hon. Koskei stands as a leading figure in promoting gender equality and opportunities for women in public procurement and governance.
